Pros

  • Public monthly cash, 1 user: Core $49, Connect $139, Grow $199. Plus starts at 5 users for $499. 14-day trial on Grow features, no card
  • Cancel on the no-commitment monthly plan is in Account and Billing. Admin only. You keep the account until the period ends
  • Receptionist is $29/mo on Core, Connect, and Grow (30 conversations, then $0.79). Unlimited on Plus. Pipeline $49. Marketing Suite $99. Add-ons are monthly only and not in the trial

Cons

  • Pricing page leads with $21 and $29. Those are annual prepaid Core, promo year then the regular annual. Monthly cash on 1-user Core is $49
  • Monthly 1-year commitment keeps billing you until month 12 if you cancel early, and you cannot downgrade during that year. Annual prepaid is billed in full and not refunded
  • Reviews sit inside Marketing Suite at $99/mo, included on Plus. Not a standalone reviews SKU. Two-way SMS starts at Grow $199. Core has no QuickBooks and no job costing

What it actually does

Jobber is the shop operating system at getjobber.com. You quote the job, put it on the calendar, send the invoice, and take the card. That is the product. It is not a reviews company. It is not an answering service unless you add those SKUs.

There are four plans. Public monthly cash with no commitment, read on getjobber.com/pricing on August 29, 2026: Core $49 for 1 user, Connect $139 for 1 user, Grow $199 for 1 user, Plus $499 starting at 5 users. Seat packs on Connect, Grow, and Plus go up to Plus at 15 users for $699. Extra users are $29/mo each on every plan. Sixteen and up is Let’s chat.

The title and the pricing wizard also print $21 and $29. Those are annual prepaid Core, shown as a monthly number. The current promo year is $21. Then it is $29 billed annually. Do not put $21 or $29 in From. A banner on that page said save up to 40%, offer ends August 31, 2026.

Three ways to pay, from the live FAQ. Monthly with no commitment: $49 on Core, cancel anytime, access through the end of the current period. Monthly with a 1-year commitment: cheaper teasers, then a 12-month minimum. Cancel early and they keep billing you until month 12. You cannot downgrade during that year (Terms of Service, section 3.4, July 16, 2026, getjobber.com/terms-of-service). Annual prepaid: billed in full on day one. Cancel mid-year and you keep access to the end of the term. The first payment is not refunded. Everything auto-renews unless you set it not to.

What is in the box. Core: online booking, quotes, invoices, a website, reporting, the app marketplace. Not QuickBooks, not two-way SMS, not job costing. Connect adds reminders, auto-pay, checklists, quote and invoice follow-ups, QuickBooks, time and expenses. Grow adds visual quotes, optional line items, auto time, job costing, two-way SMS, automations. Plus adds a files library, teammate mentions, auto job costing, Pipeline, Marketing Suite, an AI receptionist, dedicated onboarding, and Premium Support.

Add-ons with public dollars: Receptionist $29/mo on Core, Connect, and Grow, included on Plus. Help (July 9, 2026): 30 conversations a month on those plans, then $0.79 each. Plus is unlimited. Pipeline $49/mo. Marketing Suite $99/mo. Help lists Reviews inside Marketing Suite (campaigns, referrals, job showcase, social posting). The pricing page still says reviews when a Reviews add-on is enabled. That dollar is the $99 suite, not a separate reviews SKU. Receptionist, Marketing Suite, and Pipeline are monthly only. They are not annual, and they are not in the trial. Card fees 2.9% plus $0.30. Tap to Pay 2.7% plus $0.30. ACH 1%. Instant payout another 1%.

Fourteen-day trial. Grow features. No card to start. Add-ons are not in the trial. If the trial expires, the data stays.

Who should buy it

Buy it

Buy it if you run a home-service shop and you wanted one system for the quote, the schedule, and the invoice, and you will pay Core $49 cash. That is cheaper than Housecall Pro Basic at $79. Two-way SMS is Grow at $199, not Core.

Skip it

Do not buy it if you only needed Google reviews. NiceJob is $75. Housecall Pro includes the review ask on every plan. Jobber puts reviews inside Marketing Suite at $99, or you buy Plus. Do not buy Plus at $499 to get a receptionist. That SKU is $29 on Core. Do not quote the $21 annual card as the monthly bill.

The catch

The reason not to buy, even when the OS is the right aisle, is the three-price trick plus the 1-year monthly commit. Cancel on the no-commitment monthly plan is Gear, then Account and Billing, then Cancel Subscription. Admin only. You keep the account until the period ends. Annual and 1-year monthly commit last until the term is over. If you subscribed in the app, you cancel in the app. Jobber does not refund app-store charges.
