TextBack is a customer-initiated “feedback” keyword, not missed-call text-back. Web-to-Text is a contact form to SMS, still labeled BETA. No AI receptionist. No chatbot. No referrals SKU. Jobber and Housecall Pro are Zapier only. Dentrix and Mindbody are none. Clio is none. Native names are Salesforce, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, QuickBooks, Toast, Athena Health.
