NiceJob vs Weave

NiceJob is $75 to ask for the Google review after the job closes. Weave is $199 because it is the dental office phone, with missed-call text and review asks in the same box. If you only needed reviews, do not buy the phone.

The skip is buying a phone to get reviews

NiceJob watches the job close, then asks. Weave is the practice number. Missed-call text and review asks live inside that number. A plumber comparing $75 to $199 is not comparing the same afternoon.

Buy NiceJob if you are one location on Jobber or Housecall Pro, you close enough jobs to feed the drip, and you just wanted more Google reviews. Reviews is $75. Pro is $125. Do not buy it if the FSM already sends that SMS. Do not buy Sites. Export the customer list. Parent Paystone entered CCAA creditor protection on June 5, 2026. The marketing site is still live. That is not a stable owner.

Buy Weave if you are a dentist, optometrist, vet, or specialty clinic and you will rip out the old PBX. Base is $199. Coordinate and Attract are $149 each. Port the numbers before you try to cancel. Annual orders auto-renew unless you give 60 days notice.

Skip both as a receptionist on the line you already have. That job is Smith.ai at $150 or Ruby at $250. Podium is still Custom plus a 12-month hook if you needed missed-call without ripping the phone.

Buy NiceJob

One-location home service. Jobber or Housecall Pro. You only needed the Google ask.

Buy Weave

A dental or clinic office replacing the PBX. You will live with the port clause.

The catch

NiceJob works, and the parent is in court. Weave works for a dentist, and cancel does not start until every number has left.

FAQ

Does NiceJob replace the office phone?

No. It watches a finished job in Jobber or Housecall Pro, then texts and emails a review ask. It is not an inbox, chat, or receptionist.

Does Weave include review asks?

Yes. Weave Reviews texts Google and Facebook asks. Missed Call Text is in the $199 Base Plan. You are still buying a PBX.

Can a plumber buy Weave?

No. Pricing tabs are Dental, Vet, Medical, and Optometry. There is no Jobber or Housecall Pro page. NiceJob is the home-service review engine.
